Design & Manufacturing Process
The design process normally begins with an understanding of the client/designer’s requirements of the flooring and to understand the possibilities and limitations of the product in the intended application. After a particular pattern and Colour combination is finalised, the tiles are carefully manufactured and processed on automated machines, under watchful eyes of formally trained and experienced personnel. The tiles are subjected to several in process and post production quality tests, to ensure that what you get on site is what you had planned for. The Whole Process takes time, so the activity must necessarily begin with adequate time in hand.
